ICT Business Analyst

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a talented ICT Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with users to define and record business needs.
• Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify optimal practices for enhancing system behavior and participant outcomes.
• Recognizing, examining, and evaluating business processes, procedures, and work practices.
• Detecting and assessing inefficiencies while suggesting improved business practices, as well as enhancements to system functionality and behavior.
• Assess the processes and methodologies utilized in current ICT systems, recommending adjustments, supplementary components, or entirely new systems to align with user requirements as detailed in specifications and related documentation.
• Engages with users to gather and articulate requirements for developing system and software solutions.
• Ensure effective management of system deployments, from testing and debugging to final implementation.
• Act as the central point of reference, providing guidance and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in ICT roles, ideally within transportation or service industries.
• Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools, ERP systems, and project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-timePay: $74,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
