Long Table Farm Restaurant is a new paddock-to-plate venture opening at Wisemans Retreat, on 45 acres of stunning riverside overlooking the Hawkesbury River. Just one hour from Sydney, our venue will welcome hotel guests, regional visitors, conference groups and wedding celebrations alike — all while showcasing the best of the Hawkesbury region and beyond through sustainable, seasonal, nose-to-tail, paddock-to-plate cooking with produce from our own regenerative farm.We are looking for a FOH supervisor with a love of regenerative, sustainable produce to join our Team and help run an immersive experience for all our guests.Why Join Us?· Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time· Sponsorship available for the right candidate· Work at a brand-new, regenerative farm-to-table venue· A chance to help define the guest experience from day one· Varied service styles: restaurant, weddings, conferencing, leisure· Supportive culture where people, creativity and growth come first· Work in one of NSW’s most beautiful riverside landscapesAbout the Role· Lead FOH operations across restaurant, weddings, conferencing and leisure guests· Deliver exceptional, intuitive customer service that delights and surprises· Supervise FOH team members and support their daily development· Oversee floor operations, reservations, service flow and guest relations· Work collaboratively with Executive Chef, hotel and events teams· Uphold our standards of warm hospitality, sustainability and professionalism· Ensure seamless coordination during high-volume periods and major events· Maintain strong working knowledge of wine service and beverage operationsIdeal Candidate· Proven FOH supervisory experience within weddings, conferences and/or hotel restaurants· Natural leader with strong communication, presence and customer-first focus· Passionate about hospitality, wine and elevating guest experiences· Calm, organised and professional under pressure· Thrives in a dynamic environment with both structured and flexible service styles· Warm, intuitive and proactive — the kind of person who sees a guest need before it appears· Able to begin mid-January 2026, ahead of February soft launch (preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
