As we grow, we are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team. About the Role: This is a permanent, full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week) suited for someone with retail, service, or light technical experience who’s ready to take on responsibility in a dynamic small-business environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the tech store Lead customer service and ensure quality standards Oversee scheduling, workflow, and inventory Coordinate repairs and basic technical support (training provided) Manage small team and report to the business owner What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1–2 years experience in retail, administration, tech services, or a supervisory role Strong communication and organisational skills Comfortable using computers and managing basic systems Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Fluent English and strong customer service orientation Hours & Pay: Permanent full-time position (minimum 30 hours/week) Pay range: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (depending on experience) (Complies with the median wage threshold required by INZ for visa sponsorship) Visa & Immigration Support: We are an Accredited Employer and can support the right overseas candidate for an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), provided you meet Immigration New Zealand’s eligibility criteria.
