Location: Boston, MA (Onsite) Duration: 6–12 Months Visa: H1B, H4 EAD, USC
Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Consultant who can lead solution design, technical workshops, and complex implementations while ensuring best practices across Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce solution design and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop and customize using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
• Build and manage Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) for integrations
• Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications
• Implement and support Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to technical pre-sales, solution demos, and client presentations
• Mentor technical teams and lead workshops with business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development & consulting experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, REST/SOAP APIs
• Proven background in configuration, customization, and system integration
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong consulting experience with excellent client-facing communication skills
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading solution delivery

Must-Have Certification:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
