The Opportunity You will focus on permanent legal recruitment across Melbourne or national markets, depending on your network and experience. The role is heavily candidate-led, with approximately 80% of your time focused on: Headhunting and sourcing legal professionals Building long-term candidate relationships and referral networks Managing recruitment processes end-to-end Floating candidates into client opportunities Developing business through candidate-led introductions The legal market is highly candidate-short, meaning strong recruiters consistently generate multiple opportunities per candidate.
