Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to join our team and enhance our digital presence.
About the Role:You will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across a variety of digital platforms. Your work will help grow our online audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately increase patient engagement and bookings. The role also involves developing a consistent posting schedule and ensuring all marketing content is up to date and aligned with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) across social media and digital platforms
- Develop and manage a content calendar and posting schedule
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Track performance and provide insights and reports on engagement, reach, and conversions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media
Requirements:- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Proficiency with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Experience in healthcare or dental marketing (desirable but not essential)
