• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Prep ingredients and manage morning line setup
• Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to deliver great guest experience
• Previous Mexican or short-order cooking experience
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability for lunchtime and dinner weekends
