About the Role This is a hands-on position where the manager will be part of the team on the floor, leading and supervising staff to ensure excellent service. The role involves working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen managers to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities * Managing staff and customer service * Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards * Assisting in menu planning with chefs * Handling ordering, purchasing, and pricing of goods * Managing cash-ups and reporting * Training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations What We Are Looking For * NZ Register Diploma OR at least three years of relevant work experience * At least one year in a supervisory or management role is an advantage but not essential If you are passionate about hospitality and ready to take on a leadership role, we would love to hear from you.
