We are seeking a PASSIONATE Sous and Head Chef to join our team at Grainery Lane.Grainery Lane is the Distillery and restaurant in Ballarat's CBD. We make our own bespoke spirits, including gin and vodka. Grainery Lane Distillery & Cocktail Bar is located in one of these warehouses and produces spirits made from local grain, herbs, berries and botanicals.Grainery Lane’s own eight types of gin and two different types of vodka, have been crafted with links to the surrounding produce in the region.The drinks menu showcases Grainery Lane’s unique gin and vodka products mixed with traditional cocktails, plus a select range of other spirits and drinks. The food menu continues the liquor theme with many of the dishes infused with Grainery Lane spirits – think gin-infused oysters and vodka beetroot, while the rest of the menu is Asian Fusion.We invite you to become part of our kitchen team in delivering magical customer experiences.Job Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:
