- Preparing and cooking a wide range of meals using your culinary expertise
- Ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a consistently great dining experience
- Following all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assisting with menu planning and development when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in pub, bistro, or restaurant cooking is essential
- Experience in a steakhouse, or with Australian or Italian cuisine, is preferred but not essential
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Strong attention to detail, team spirit, and a positive attitude
- Hospitality or Culinary Arts qualifications (desirable)
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
