Fully licensed across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, and ACT. We directly employ 10,800+ inducted, ticket-verified, D&A tested workers on our Host
Clients' sites — no subcontractors, no compliance grey areas.
Our MD still recruits daily. This is a business built and run by recruiters who understand the role from the inside.
The Role:
An established Labour Hire desk at our Sydney HQ — warm clients, live job flow, full systems support. Ready for an experienced consultant to step in and start billing.

You'll be:
- Managing an established portfolio across NSW / QLD
- Winning new accounts and growing existing relationships
- Taking job orders, sourcing, dispatching, and allocating
- Building and holding margin
- Out on site with clients regularly
About You:
- 2–3+ years' agency labour hire or recruitment experience
- Proven biller on a labour hire desk
- Construction, civil, trades, traffic, demolition or scaffolding background preferred
- Confident under dispatch pressure, strong on the phone, comfortable on site
- Commercially sharp — knows margin, pricing, account profitability
- Genuine BD ability — grows accounts, doesn't just maintain them
- Visa sponsorship available for the right person

Remuneration:
- Base: $80K–$110K + 12% super
- Commission: Up to 50%, uncapped, paid monthly on the 15th
- OTE: $200K–$280K+
- Salary monthly + commission monthly = effective fortnightly pay
- No holdbacks, no tiered thresholds
