Java Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong full-stack development expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development, solid backend skills in Java, and proven experience working with cloud platforms. This role involves leading a team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery. NOTE: The candidate must be willing to work on our W2, and we are open to H1B transfers. . Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in building scalable and high-performance applications Design and develop full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js Architect and implement cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Required Skills: Over all 12yrs in IT and 10yrs + In Java environment Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL) Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
