Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning the Pans: Driving high-volume breakfast services and taking charge of the pans
  • Prepping & Plating: Following recipes strictly to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes from morning eggs to night-time pasta.
  • Team & Ops: Supporting senior staff with daily operations, guiding the team, and ensuring a great dining experience.
  • Section Management: Keeping your workspace spotless, organized, and running safely.

What We're Looking For
  • The Skills: Proven pan control with serious, hands-on experience in both fast-paced breakfast execution and pasta cooking.
  • The Experience: Solid time spent in a high-volume kitchen, ideally at a Chef de Partie level or similar.
  • The Basics: A completed certificate/diploma in commercial cookery and a strict handle on food safety and hygiene.
  • The Vibe: An excellent communicator and team player who loves making great food and wants to keep sharpening their skills.

Pay: $69,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
