We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy for a SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation with complex legacy system integrations. This is a leadership role with strong focus on integration testing, data validation, and automation using Tricentis Tosca.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall test strategy for SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression & Data ValidationLead integration testing between SAP and legacy/satellite systemsDefine and drive test automation strategy using ToscaEnsure data migration validation & cross-system reconciliationManage test plans, defect triage, test cycles & go-live quality signoffLead onshore/offshore test teamsProvide quality status, risk & readiness reporting to stakeholders

✅ Required Experience12+ years in enterprise testing, 8+ years in SAP programsExperience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementationsStrong exposure to SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM)Expertise in SIT, E2E testing, UAT, Data Migration & ReconciliationMust have Tosca and qtest

🤖 Automation & Tools5+ years hands-on Tricentis ToscaSAP GUI, Fiori & API automationExperience with qTest / ALMExposure to CI/CD & DevOps test integration

🔗 Integration & IndustryExperience with middleware (CPI, PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.)Strong understanding of interface testingIndustry background in Manufacturing / Automotive / Supply Chain
