Job Description:
1. POSITION DETAILS Position Title Senior Education Sales Advisor - Mandarin Speaking Salary Base of £26,000 to £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Hours of work 35 hours per week Location Newcastle/Durham, Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield Type Full-time
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE TopCourses is a leading international education consultancy, based in the UK. We are accredited by the British Council, IECF and UCAS, and we are the official representative for over 100 education institutions. We provide tailored, expert guidance to international students at every stage of their application to schools and universities in the UK.
We are looking for target driven Senior Offline Education Sales Advisors with the entrepreneurial spirit to be part of our young, vibrant, growing team. Our ideal candidates would be confident bilingual talents who have an in-depth understanding of our customers’ culture and consumer mentality and who can effectively build rapport with customers. Training will be provided to the successful candidates and you will work in collaboration with an experienced consultant team, creating and innovating new ways of working to ensure excellent performance. 3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Planning, organisation and end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns, promotions and events to meet lead generation targets
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will increase leads and sales.
  • Engage in outreach activities, such as presenting at school/university talks, career events and university fairs ( travel required).

Sales
  • Identify and interact with prospective leads/customers, who are both students and parents, by introducing the company and the value that we can provide.
  • Actively follow up with prospective customers in a tailored and personalised manner, by utilising WeChat, video meetings and screen sharing to connect with and support prospective students in their decision-making process to close sales and to achieve expected sales targets.

Service Delivery
  • Advise students on education options in the UK and guide them through the application process.
  • Collaborate with application support team to ensure fast, efficient and effective follow-up of students’ applications to increase conversion rates and achieve expected enrolments targets, whilst providing a high standard of customer service throughout.


4. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • At least one year full-time work experience in offline lead generation and sales
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Ability to learn on one’s own initiative and to research the best study options for students
