Conduct comprehensive examinations and interview patients to determine the nature and extent of medical disorders or illnesses, ensuring accurate recording of all relevant medical information in patient records. ii. Order appropriate laboratory tests, radiological imaging (including X-rays), and other diagnostic procedures, and interpret the results to assist in clinical diagnosis. iii. Provide holistic care to patients, including prescribing and administering treatments, medications, and other therapeutic interventions as clinically indicated. iv. Monitor patients’ progress and response to prescribed treatments, and adjust management plans as necessary. v. Advise patients on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to support the prevention and management of diseases and medical conditions. vi. Refer patients to specialist medical practitioners where appropriate, and exchange relevant medical information to facilitate coordinated patient care. vii. Report births, deaths, and notifiable diseases to the relevant government authorities in accordance with statutory obligations. viii.
