This job is only for people who are ready to work in Lisbon or Porto, on-site (no remote working), hold an entry-level position, and use English on a daily basis (minimum B2 level is mandatory). The position : Content Moderator Italian C1 level or French C1 level + English B2 level
Work in the company's offices in one of these cities:

• Lisbon: Portugal
• Porto: Portugal

Your daily mission

• Review user-generated content and ensure its compliance with platform policies and legal standards
• Ensure the security of content across various media types (video, audio, images, text, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards
• Report content or issues in accordance with internal procedures
• Stay up to date with content moderation guidelines and policy changes

Profile we are looking for ✓ Level C1, C2 or native French or Italian (Required) ✓ Intermediate level of English (B2 minimum) (Required) ✓ Availability to work a rotating schedule: 40 hours of work per week on a rotating schedule (5 days on, 2 days off, flexible hours 24/7, sometimes including Saturdays and Sundays) (Required) ✓ Reside in one of the cities listed or be willing to relocate there (Required) ✓ Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Required) ✓ Minimum 1-year commitment (Required). For your information, the contract is open to permanent employment. ✓ Passport/ID card from a European Union country or specific work permit for Portugal (Required) ✓ Comfortable with computers (Preferred) ✓ Experience in content moderation or call center (Preferred)
