Role Overview: As an Account Manager Assistant, you will directly support our AM team in managing and growing advertising campaigns across global markets. This is a unique opportunity for a junior professional with strong communication and organizational skills to step into the digital advertising industry and grow into a full Account Manager role.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in day-to-day communication with advertisers
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and updates
- Ensure accurate sharing of KPIs, pricing, and campaign details across internal teams
- Help gather creatives, tracking links, and materials for campaign launches
- Maintain internal databases (contracts, budgets, delivery status, etc.)
- Coordinate with Publisher Managers and Sales teams for campaign readiness
- Proactively flag delivery or performance issues to AMs
- Join internal syncs and take meeting notes when required
- Learn about digital ad formats, KPIs, and industry trends
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields preferred)
- Native-level English, with strong communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and fast-learning
- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Willing to work flexible hours to support global teams
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
