Responsibilities include providing accurate diagnostics, performing repairs to a high standard, and ensuring fast turnaround times. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices to identify issues.
• Perform repairs on a variety of electronic products including phones, tablets, and laptops.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during repair operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronics or gaming device repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with small components and soldering equipment
• Familiarity with major gaming brands (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.)
