Position: Varicent ICM Developer Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 12-18 Months Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and configure Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement compensation plans, workflows, and rules within Varicent ICM.
- Manage data integration, ETL processes, and reporting using Varicent.
- Optimize and troubleshoot system performance and calculations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate incentive compensation processing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Varicent functionalities.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in Varicent ICM implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of ICM concepts, compensation plans, and incentive models.
- Hands-on experience with Varicent Composer, Presenter, and Scheduler.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling.
- Experience with reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
