IAA Immigration Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IAA certified Immigration Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide advice and services mainly on claims for asylum, applications for entry clearance or leave to enter or remain in the UK, immigration employment documents, nationality, citizenship, residence, deportation or removal, bail applications, and appeals against deportation¹. Key Responsibilities: - Identify if it is appropriate for an application to be made and if so, the appropriate application to be made according to the client's circumstances⁵. - Identify vulnerable clients and make appropriate provisions (including referral)⁵. - Identify the range of evidence needed to support an application⁵. Requirements: - At least 3 months full-time or equivalent part-time experience of providing UK immigration advice and services³. - Detailed knowledge of relevant case levels. - Knowledge and understanding of FLR applications, spouse/fiancé visa applications, Indefinite Leave to remain, visitor applications, other dependent relatives, EEA Family Permits & Permanent Residence, British Citizenship and all PBS applications types⁴.
