Overview: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for end users across a variety of systems and platforms. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring a smooth user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Support user account management (password resets, access issues, permissions)
- Document issues, resolutions, and system processes
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system performance
Qualifications:- Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software tools
- Familiarity with networking concepts (VPN, DNS, TCP/IP is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
