• Glow Longevity Spa offers advanced facials, longevity therapies, NAD+ treatments, PEMF, red and near-infrared light therapy, laser services, oxygen facials, and wellness technologies.

We are looking for a Strategic Growth Advisor to drive visibility and partnerships at Glow Intelligent Skincare and Glow Longevity Spa. This role is structured at 20-24 hours per week, meeting Dutch IND requirements for part-time work-visa sponsorship.⸻Role OverviewThe Strategic Growth Advisor will take a lead role in supporting the Glow family of brands to increase awareness of and engagement with longevity-based therapies and products. The role includes driving visibility through partnerships and social media, identifying new business opportunities, and staying up to date on advances in longevity science to inform Glow’s direction.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the Glow family of brands. The Strategic Growth Advisor will be an individual with a strong track record in business development, strategy, and communications. They must also have prior experience in the health sector, through either academic training or work experience. The Strategic Growth Advisor must be organized, reliable, proactive, and comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesGlow Intelligent Skincare (Primary Focus)

• Identify and establish new and existing partnerships
• Track longevity-based scientific advances
• Develop lifestyle & social media content with micro-influencers
• Support product branding considerations

Glow Longevity Spa (As Needed)

• Contribute to retail and spa branding considerations
• Support behind-the-scenes content creation

⸻Requirements

• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Comfortable being on camera occasionally
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Eligible for IND work-visa sponsorship (20-hour requirement met, if applicable)
