We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in
Manufacturing Domain and strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud in Santa Clara, CA, Dallas, TX, New jersey.
This is a Hybrid role (3 days work from office) - Remote is possible for the right candidate

The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting aftermarket services such as
ticket management, parts management, dealer networks, warranties, service lifecycle, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging:
- Salesforce Automotive Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Lead solution architecture for aftermarket manufacturing processes, including:
- Spare parts sales & inventory integration
- Warranty & claims management
- Dealer/distributor network management
- Service contracts & field service lifecycle
- Returns (RMA) and repair processes
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for:
- Order-to-cash
- Inventory visibility
- Supply chain workflows
- Customize Salesforce using:
- Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows
- APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, and governance
Required Qualifications
- 7 12+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud
- Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain, especially:
- Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing
- Expertise in at least two:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of:
- Warranty lifecycle management
- Dealer portals and B2B commerce
- Field service operations
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
- The ability to travel 30% of the time.
