Regional Sales Representative – Florida Company: AIMA Ebikes
Location: Tampa (Remote with Travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with independent bicycle dealers, distributors, and key retail partners.
  • Present and promote AIMA Ebikes’ product line to prospective clients through in-person meetings, demos, and trade events.
  • Support dealer onboarding, merchandising, and post-sales service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, logistics, and product teams to align regional activities with national goals.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Travel within the assigned region to visit accounts, attend expos, and support field operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Florida.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in the bicycle, e-bike, or powersports industry preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred.
