Working with clients from around the world, we are experiencing growing demand and are now looking for a talented Production Assistant with a background in film and television to join our team.
Role OverviewAs part of the production team at Creatilogic, you will play a key role across the entire production pipeline — from development to delivery. This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong production coordination skills with
creative abilities in directing or editing, and contribute actively to the storytelling process.
Key Responsibilities - Support producers and directors across pre-production, production, and post-production
- Coordinate production activities, schedules, logistics, and communications
- Develop and pitch creative concepts, and help define the creative direction of projects
- Write creative briefs, outlines, scripts, and interview questions
- Assist with directing tasks (e.g. shot planning, working with contributors/talent) or editing content (e.g. assembling cuts, basic post-production)
- Prepare production documentation, including budgets, call sheets, invoices, and release forms
- Monitor production costs and ensure projects remain within budget in collaboration with the Executive Producer and clients
- Maintain accurate production reporting and financial tracking
- Liaise with crew members and departments to ensure smooth production workflows
- Act as a key point of contact between production and post-production teams
- Ensure all workflows, protocols, and deliverables are executed to a high standard
- Implement and maintain Health & Safety procedures on set
- Prepare risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are in place Requirements
- Solid experience in pre-production and on-set production environments
- Degree (BA/MA) in Filmmaking, Media, or a related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex production scenarios
- Creative capability in either:
- Directing / on-set creative roles, or
- Editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Cultural understanding of both UK and Chinese markets
Job Type: Full-time Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Benefits:
