We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our store meets its sales targets while providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve overall performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clear understanding of goals, policies, and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to meet demand.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and inventory management.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in sales management techniques with a track record of achieving targets.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
