Cook - South East Asian

For the right candidate, we're able to offer sponsorship under the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa.About the RoleWorking alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll prepare and cook dishes across our South East Asian menu to a consistently high standard. This is a hands-on role for a cook who takes pride in their craft, works clean, and thrives in a busy service.What you'll do

• Prepare, cook and present dishes across the menu to our standards
• Run your section confidently through service
• Follow recipes, portioning and plating specifications consistently
• Help with prep, mise en place, ordering and stock rotation
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
• Support and learn from the wider kitchen team

What you'll bring

• A relevant qualification (AQF Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or overseas equivalent) or equivalent skilled experience
• At least [2] years' experience cooking in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of South East Asian cuisine and ingredients
• Solid section and service skills, with speed, consistency and attention to detail
• A team-first attitude, reliability and a genuine passion for food
• Full working rights, or eligibility for 482 visa sponsorship

Pay: $79,500.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
