• Quality first: Pass consistently excellent dishes—taste, timing, and presentation
• Cost control: Own menu costing, pricing margins, staff costs, ordering, and monthly stocktakes to hit GP targets
• Food safety: Maintain an approved Food Safety Plan and top‑tier hygiene practices
• Equipment care: Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment so service never stalls
• Guest care: Handle feedback in a courteous, solutions‑focused way
• Smart ordering: Plan prep, manage stock, place authorised orders, and flag issues early with the GM
• Menu craft: Create and prep menu items and keep that Specials Board fresh, seasonal, and profitable
• Team heartbeat: Work with a tightknit team of passionate professionals

Requirements :

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Chef
• Qualification in Cookery is highly regarded
• Experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen
• Experience in kitchen management is highly regarded
• Knowledgeable in Kitchen and Food Safety.
