Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, confident and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our growing retail team.This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for someone who loves dealing with customers, enjoys selling, works hard and is motivated by achieving results and earning commission.If you're outgoing, well-spoken, competitive and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and engaging with customers
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
• Demonstrating products and explaining their features
• Converting enquiries into sales
• Following up with potential customers and leads
• Working towards individual and store sales targets
• Assisting with daily store operations
• Supporting the Store Manager
• Maintaining excellent store presentation and customer service

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Hardworking and highly self-motivated
