Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications and shop standards.
- Ensure all meat is handled, stored, and displayed in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and cutting areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, rotating, and stocking meat products.
- Provide excellent customer service by offering advice on cuts, cooking methods, and product recommendations.
- Operate and maintain butchering tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and sales goals.
- Uphold the shop’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment or meat products.
