Job Description Company Overview Neptune Global Logistics Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Neptune Logistics Group headquartered in Shenzhen, specializes in multi-modal transport and freight forwarding across Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and the US. It offers sea, air, road, and international railway logistics services from Singapore. Job Summary The Senior Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies targeting the Middle Asia market, lead a sales team, manage client relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate internally to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and business growth
  • Identify and cultivate client relationships in the Middle Asia market (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan)
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet sales objectives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to secure contracts and tailor solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized logistics and supply chain solutions for clients
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address client needs to maintain long-term partnerships
  • Adapt sales approaches to a fast-paced and evolving logistics environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Proven sales and business development skills demonstrated by achieving sales targets and expanding client base
  • Experience in logistics sales, supply chain sales, or related fields for 5 to 10 years
  • Familiarity with cross-border logistics or supply chain management, especially in Southeast Asia, Middle Asia, or Europe
  • Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Experience or knowledge of the Middle Asia market is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work conditions

  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore
  • Singapore Employment Pass (EP) will be provided if needed
