Job Description:

U.S. Wall Street Firm is looking to add a mid-senior level associate to its Corporate M&A/PE team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level associate to work on high-profile transactions across Asia. With clients covering a number of different sectors (including, infrastructure, TMT, banking, medical/biopharmaceutical and real estate), the mix of work will focus on M&A and P.E transactions.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Admission in the US, England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
• Cross-border corporate M&A, private equity experience working in top tier international law firms. Experience working on transactions in Asia preferred.
• Excellent academics from a leading university.
• Strong team player, work ethic and client-oriented.
• Asian language skills will be an advantage.
