OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Coordinator / Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is highly focused on outreach sales, including in-person visits, cold calling, and relationship building. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing B2B accounts, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, is comfortable initiating conversations, and is excited about building long-term client relationships.

commission Other Benefits: H1B Sponsorship Duties- Conduct outreach sales activities, including in-person visits and cold calling
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and retail customers
- Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, clearly explaining features and benefits
- Manage and update customer information, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Negotiate pricing and terms, upsell products, and close deals
- Manage existing accounts while continuously expanding assigned territories
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and territory planning
- Track inventory and help minimize product discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients
- Assist with sales reporting and performance analysis as needed
Experience- Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales outreach
- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, direct sales, or retail sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close and upsell
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to analyze basic sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prior experience in B2B or retail sales is a plus, but not required
