• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration.
• Hold a recognised teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective, evidence-informed teaching practices.

• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Build positive partnerships with students, families and colleagues.
• Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.

• Plan, teach and assess high-quality learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Foster high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
• Differentiate teaching to support diverse learning needs.
• Work collaboratively within year-level and curriculum teams.
• Participate in College meetings, professional learning and community events.
• Support the faith-based life of the College through its values and culture.
