Maintenance Coordinator M&E
Role: Maintenance Coordinator M&E Department: Estate Services Grade: Business Support Grade 7 (£39,423-£46,761 per annum) Responsible to: Estates Customer Service Manager Campus: Derry~Londonderry campus (Permanent / Full-Time) Job Purpose: Responsible to the Estate Customer Services Manager for assisting with the execution of all minor works and mechanical and electrical maintenance programmes for the Campus. The Maintenance Coordinator (Mechanical and Electrical) is responsible for leading and supervising the operation of the Mechanical and Electrical Direct Works Unit (DWU) and External Contractors. Closing date: Tuesday 21 October 2025 at 23.30 If you don’t currently have the right to work and live in the UK, we are able to offer sponsorship for Skilled Work Visas subject to UK Visa’s and Immigration (UKVI) requirements if the role meets the Home Office eligibility requirements.
