We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support the preparation and submission of SEC filings, including but not limited to Form 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, 8-K, and Proxy Statements. This role will work closely with the CFO, legal counsel, auditors, and internal teams to ensure all disclosures are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with SEC regulations.
Job Details:- Compensation: $66,000 – $80,000/year
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 40 hours/week
- Location: In person at 450 7th Ave, New York, NY 10123
- Visa Support: CPT, OPT, H-1B, Green Card sponsorship available
- Start Date: May 2025
Key Responsibilities:- Support the drafting, review, and coordination of SEC filings such as Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, and Proxy Statements
- Collaborate with internal finance, legal, and investor relations teams as well as external counsel and auditors to ensure disclosure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor filing timelines and ensure documents are submitted accurately and on schedule via EDGAR
- Help maintain internal documentation and filing records in accordance with SEC compliance standards
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the CFO
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
- Experience supporting SEC filings (e.g., assisting with 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, or Proxy Statements) at a public company, law firm, or financial reporting advisory firm
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements
- Experience working with internal teams and external advisors (e.g., auditors, legal counsel) to coordinate disclosures
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines
