Urgent Hiring | $18–$22 per hour | Naperville, ILHexin Technology Warehouse Operations Center is currently hiring B2C Fulfillment Associates to support our growing warehouse operations in Naperville, IL (Chicago West Suburbs).This role focuses on B2C order fulfillment, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.We are looking for responsible, hardworking individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Immediate start available. Job OverviewThe B2C Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing online orders and preparing shipments accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking items, packing orders, printing labels, and ensuring packages are ready for shipment. Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders
• Pack items carefully and prepare shipments for FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carriers
• Print and apply shipping labels
• Ensure order accuracy and proper packaging
• Maintain organized workstations and warehouse areas
• Assist with inventory organization when needed
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work with team members to complete daily shipping targets

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and English (speaking, reading, and writing) – required
• Previous warehouse, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages when needed
