Senior UI/UX Designer (3-Month Contract)

We are seeking a fast-paced, creative Senior UI/UX Designer for a 3-month contract based in our Sydney office. We are looking for a product-focused designer who can hit the ground running; 482 Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate should there be a long-term fit following the initial contract period.

Role Focus: SaaS Web Application SpecialistThis role is for a designer who understands that SaaS excellence is found in the details. You will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience of our web application products across Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. You must be able to move quickly in Figma while maintaining a deep focus on human-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End User Journeys: Design intuitive flows that guide users through complex features, ensuring the journey from sign-up to power-user is frictionless.
• Subscription & Payment UX: Simplify the navigation for taking payments and managing subscriptions, removing complexity from the billing experience.
• Detail-Level UI: Obsess over the "invisible" UX—perfecting tooltips, micro-copy, error states, and empty states to ensure a polished feel.
• Figma Execution: Rapidly build high-fidelity, responsive mockups and interactive prototypes. You must be highly organised with components and design systems.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with the product and engineering teams in our Sydney office to iterate on flows and ensure technical feasibility.

• Required Skills & Experience
  • SaaS Design Background: Proven experience designing complex web applications, dashboards, and account management portals.
  • Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Design Systems, and Prototyping) is essential.
  • Speed & Creativity: Ability to produce high-quality, creative work under tight deadlines.
  • Human-Centered Approach: A strong understanding of how to take a user through a feature journey with simplicity and clarity.
