Job Description:
Maximo Techno functional PM
Location: Remote
Need only W2, h1b transfer is also fine
Exp-15+We are looking for a Maximo Techno functional PM with good technical and functional expertise in Maximo domain and who has demonstrated experience implementing maximo projects.
The person also should have most recently worked as a Project/ program manager with experience managing the scope, timelines of Maximo implementations.
An idle candidate is someone who would have worked as a technofucntional consultant in Maximo domain for 12-15 years and who has been managing Maximo implmentations from a project management standpoint in the last 4-5 years
We are looking for some one with 15 + years of exp (Ideally around 17- 18 yrs )
Here is the JD
Strong IBM Maximo Expertise: Hands-on experience in Maximo implementation, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
Technical Background: Knowledge of Maximo architecture, database (Oracle/SQL/DB2), and scripting (Automation Scripts, Java customization).
Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing end-to-end Maximo projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Integration & IoT Knowledge: Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), IoT integrations, and related technologies (MQ, REST APIs).
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors for successful delivery.
Job responsibilities
lead the assigned EAM initatives and provide techno-functional support.
Manage the project plan covering various parallel work streams, tasks and dependent teams.
Manage the work outcome from other resources as well to ensure that it is as per the quality standards.
Adhere to a common set of best practice standards for project management, will foster effective and integrated planning and control mechanisms and tools, significantly reduce the risk of schedule and cost overruns, reduce the likelihood and impact of negative risks and issues on the project, and increase the ability to communicate and share program implementation information between various stakeholders as appropriate.
Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to reduce risk, remove obstacles and ensure continuous deployment process.
Monitor and maintain the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) schedule,
Define, manage and prioritize deliverables by getting feedback from all stakeholders.
Lenience is more towards technical consultant who understands functional. But should have implementation exp.
