With a stable and experienced team, excellent resources, and a strong waitlist, our educators enjoy working in a supportive environment where their contributions make a genuine difference.Located just over an hour from the Sunshine Coast and within reach of Brisbane, Kilcoy offers a relaxed regional lifestyle while remaining connected to major centres.To learn more, please visit: www.nccearlylearners.com.auLead Meaningful Early Learning ExperiencesNCC Early Learners is looking for a full-time Early Childhood Teacher to join the team at our Kilcoy, QLD centre.Reporting to the Centre Director, this role is responsible for delivering the Queensland Kindergarten Program while supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Delivering a play-based learning program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Leading the Queensland Kindergarten Program and supporting children’s developmental outcomes
  • Documenting and assessing children’s learning and development
  • Building strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain National Quality Framework compliance

The Educator We're Looking ForTo qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education with an ACECQA-recognised qualification approved to teach under the National Quality Framework, along with at least 12 months’ experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher or within an early learning environment.Additionally, the following will be highly regarded:
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
  • A genuine passion for educating and supporting young children
  • Reliability and commitment to contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Willingness to become part of a regional community environment
