Strong experience with Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) and Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM). Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Experience working with CMDB and ServiceNow integrations. Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
