Technical Architectural Assistant or Graduate Architectural Technologist

Floyd Slaski Architects Ltd is a design focussed, feel-good RIBA Chartered Practice based in London.Our work is predominantly in the healthcare sector, both NHS and Private, plus increasingly, other projects such as schools, higher education and residential. We are a team of around 17 and UK construction values typically range from £500,000 to £30 million (larger schemes in the Middle East).We are seeking an experienced Technical Architectural Assistant or Graduate Architectural Technologist.It is anticipated that there will be a mixture of working in the office, on site and at home.Great career prospects for advancement. We offer space to learn and grow with mentorship and learning opportunities.The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• HND or HNC in Building Design/Architectural Technology or BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Ability to work proactively in small teams with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Revit expertise as core office software (and BIM level 2 competence)
• Ability to learn and apply UK building regulations
• Construction detailing experience
• Refurbishment and new build experience with interest in sustainable solutions
• Willing to assist with design process in all RIBA work stages with a focus on Stages 4-6
