Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - In-Facility Setting Join a leading national rehabilitation and wellness company dedicated to helping patients "get their power back." We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for an in-facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact through personalized recovery plans and collaborative patient care. A $10,000 Sign-On Bonus is available for full-time candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop comprehensive recovery plans, and deliver expert physical therapy.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Act as a teacher, training patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and make necessary referrals to support the whole patient.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent/qualifying combination).

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $50.00 USD/Hr.
