A rapidly growing company is looking for a top 1% Computer Vision Engineer specializing in 3D pose estimation for video analysis. This is a high-impact role at a company experiencing 700% year-over-year growth, with its product already in 1,000+ retail stores.
The Role:
You’ll be leading the development of 3D pose estimation models for motion tracking, working with video data from iPhones to create state-of-the-art movement analysis solutions. The company is transitioning from 2D to full 3D pose estimation and is looking for a technical expert who can take models from research to production.
What You’ll Work On:

• 3D pose estimation: Focused on video-based motion tracking rather than robotics applications
• ML/CV model optimization: Using cutting-edge libraries (e.g., YOLO)
• Full-cycle development: From research to AWS deployment
• Human movement analysis & biomechanics for precision tracking
• Building scalable systems to power a consumer-friendly motion analysis product

Who You Are:

• Deep expertise in 3D pose estimation (1+ year preferred)
• Strong ML/CV background with hands-on experience in video analysis
• Startup mindset – thrives in a 10-20 person team
• Self-starter with a builder mentality
• Experience deploying models in production environments (AWS)
