Job Title: Sales Manager (Mandarin)
Location: REMOTE – no need to go to the office but needs to be local in New Orleans, LA (open to relocating candidates)
Term: Perm / Direct Hire
Salary: 50-60k base, around 75-80k total - annual commission around 50% of base, good growth, promotion cycle every 6 months (can be negotiable for candidates with senior relevant industry experience)
Industry: Point of Sale (POS) Systems for the Restaurant industry
Visa: Sponsor CPT and OPT, then around 1 year later offer h1b sponsorship
Report to: Regional Sales Lead

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and determine how to best position company’s restaurant technology in the market.
- Research and qualify prospects that are a good fit for company's’ restaurant technology platform.
- Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues.
- Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospects’ needs.
- Successfully accomplish assigned KPIs and goals that include, but are not limited to, daily outreach quotas and newly onboarded partners per month.
- Manage sales activities and results using company's CRM tool.
- Partner with regional team to ensure that the expectations set during the sales process are executed during delivery of the product/service.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Chinese (native Chinese speaker or professional)
- Travel: need driver's license, offer gas reimbursement 200/month
- Several months to 1 year relevant experience or more
- Need to have restaurant industry experience
