We’re looking for someone with heart, humour, and the drive to give every child the Best Start in Life.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.Sponsorship Opportunity:
If you already have 1 year of experience as an ECT, we are happy to consider you for sponsorship (subclass 482 or 494 visa) after completing a 6-month probationary period with us.Newly qualified ECTs are also welcome to apply.
If you don’t yet have 12 months of experience, we can offer you a position to help you gain that experience provided you have valid work rights during this period. What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA-approved)
• Current and valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
• Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Experience in creating and delivering individualised learning programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
