Role SummaryTeam Members at Gloria Jean’s are responsible for delivering fast, friendly service, preparing products to standard, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient store environment. Key Duties

• Serve customers promptly and professionally
• Take orders, handle cash/EFTPOS accurately
• Prepare coffees, chillers, drinks, and other items to Gloria Jean’s standards
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
• Operate and clean equipment, including coffee machines
• Restock supplies and complete daily checklists
• Maintain cleanliness across all work and customer areas
• Work cooperatively with the team and follow management direction

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling ability
• Availability for weekends and peak periods
• Commitment to food safety and brand standards
• Hospitality or Barista experience preferred but not required
