We reached multi-7-figure ARR in under a year with approximately 50% month-over-month growth. The Role This is a founding growth role. You'll define the company narrative, build a content engine, and run growth experiments that drive pipeline — working directly with the founders from day one. What You'll Do

• Define and craft the company's narrative, brand voice, and positioning
• Build and scale a content engine that drives awareness and inbound leads
• Design and execute growth campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline
• Combine analytical thinking with creative execution to find scalable growth channels
• Work directly with founders to shape go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

• 0–5 years of experience with strong growth, writing, or content capability
• Exceptional writing and narrative development skills
• Track record of content or campaigns with measurable business impact
• Analytical thinker who can also execute creatively
• High-signal background — top-tier school, consulting, or high-growth startup experience
