In this role, the designer will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences across both mobile and web.This position offers significant ownership and visibility, contributing directly to the product’s evolution and design system. The role is based on-site in SoHo, NYC, and is ideal for someone eager to influence a rapidly scaling product from the ground up. What You'll Do

• Rapidly prototype designs to align the team and drive direction
• Develop and refine user experiences for mobile and web applications
• Co-lead the governance and expansion of the design system
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with operations teams to deliver practical, on-the-ground UX solutions
• Share work frequently and actively gather feedback

What You Need

• Strong visual & interaction design craft with close attention to detail
• Experience building scalable systems & components with engineering
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and iterate rapidly
• Proven end-to-end product ownership in fast-paced startup environments
• Mobile + web product design expertise
• Bonus: Marketplace, logistics, or operations-heavy product experience

Salary & Benefits

• Location: On-site in SoHo, NYC
• Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 / year
• This is a full-time, long-term position.
• The position is immediately available.
• Monday through Friday, during regular business hours
